The Growing Up Collection is designed for ages 6–16. Younger kids can answer verbally or visually (drawing/acting). Older kids tend to enjoy deeper topics and reflection.

Yes. The cards were designed by a child psychiatrist and tested with real families. When questions, play, and safety come together, kids open up naturally (often sooner than parents expect).

No problem. Kids can draw, act, write, or skip. There’s no pressure, just invitations. Most children join in once they feel safe and unforced.

Each card has footprints (1–4) to show emotional depth. You can start with Tiny Steps (light and easy) and move deeper only when your child is ready. You can skip, switch, or pause any time.

You can start with just one parent and one child, or even one question at dinner. Children often become curious once they see others sharing calmly and honestly. The key is safety, not pressure.

You choose. Some families play for 10 minutes before bed, others for 30–45 minutes on weekends.

Yes. The cards include symbols for adoption, divorce, blended families, same-sex parents, siblings, and more. Every family belongs here, no one is left out or made to feel “different.”
