Every pack of Scenario Cards is designed to help you spark deeper conversations and uncover new insights. But we also understand that sometimes, things don’t unfold the way you expected.
That’s why your order is protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee, starting from the day your cards are delivered.
If You’re Not Experiencing Deeper Conversations
If you explore your cards and don’t experience the meaningful conversations or new insights you were hoping for, simply let us know. We’ll offer you a full refund. No hard feelings, no complicated steps.
We only ask that you’ve genuinely tried your cards before deciding. Even one conversation can make a difference.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at hello@scenariocards.org within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a short note about your experience.
- Once approved — after we confirm your request meets the 30-day window and that the reason isn’t due to a missing, defective, or damaged shipment (in which case we always reship first) — your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, but your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transfer.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your cards arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos as proof. We’ll reship a new set at our cost, because we want you to experience the product first.
If a replacement cannot be delivered for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
Returns & Shipping Costs
If your order is eligible for a refund for reasons other than defect or damage:
- You’ll need to return the product to our designated return address in your country.
- You’re responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Once you provide proof of the return shipment (for example, a postal receipt or tracking number), we’ll issue your refund in full (provided your request is made within 30 days of delivery).
Important Notes
- Refunds are available for all orders worldwide, no matter where you are.
- All refunds are processed in the original currency and payment method used at checkout.
- We don’t refund shipments returned without prior approval. In those cases, we’ll gladly reship your order at no additional cost, because we truly want you to try your cards first.
- Digital downloads and gift cards are non-refundable once delivered, unless defective or inaccessible.
- This policy does not affect your legal rights under consumer protection laws applicable in your country.
