Fast, Free & Worldwide
- Orders placed by 11:59 PM are typically shipped the next business day to any country in the world.
- Free shipping applies to all orders above $50 USD. Orders below this amount include a small shipping fee calculated at checkout.
- Every shipment includes tracking for full peace of mind.
- We cover all tariffs, duties, and import taxes (worldwide) even if a customs office miscalculates or applies unexpected fees. Your order arrives at your door with no hidden costs or surprises.
- 98.3% of shipments reach their destination on the first attempt. If your package doesn’t arrive due to a carrier or warehouse error, we’ll reship your order at no cost. If the issue resulted from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we’ll still cover the cost of the product, but shipping for the reshipment will be at your expense.

Shipping Issues
- Tracking numbers are typically issued within 1–5 business days. During peak periods, this may take slightly longer.
- If you haven’t received your tracking number after 5 business days, please contact us at hello@scenariocards.org, we’ll be happy to assist.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, let us know. We’ll help you track it down or reship it at no cost if it’s confirmed lost in transit.
- Lost-in-transit claims must be reported within 45 days of shipment.
Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
- If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed:
- We’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.
- We’ll cover the cost of the product, but shipping for the reshipment will be at your expense.
- If the error was caused by our warehouse or carrier, we’ll reship both product and shipping free of charge.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery timelines are estimates. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by events outside our control (including customs holds, weather disruptions, strikes, or carrier network issues) but we’ll always do our best to help resolve them quickly.
