  • Welcome to Scenario Cards, operated by Watikkio B.V. (Registered in the Netherlands: 83885080).
  • By using our website (scenariocards.org) or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
  • These Terms apply to everyone who visits or uses our site: Browsers, customers, and contributors alike.
  • We’ve written them to be transparent and easy to understand, so you always know what to expect when shopping with us.


2. Using Our Website

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you confirm that:

  • You’ll use our products and site for lawful purposes only.

  • We also reserve the right to discontinue products or limit sales (for example, to prevent bulk or reseller purchases).
  • All prices are displayed in your US$ and include applicable tariffs, taxes and duties.

  • We do our best to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may appear slightly different on each screen.
  • All products are subject to availability. Prices and descriptions may change at any time without notice.
  • If there’s an error in pricing or information, we reserve the right to correct it and contact you if your order is affected.


5. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing, shipping, and contact information. We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or limit orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or intended for resale.
  • Contact you via the email or phone number provided if there’s an issue with your order.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers like Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. We never store your full payment details.


6. Shipping, Refunds & Returns

Your purchase is covered by our full Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. By completing your order, you agree to:

  • The delivery timeframes, reshipment conditions, and coverage outlined in our Shipping Policy.
  • The 30-day money-back guarantee and refund procedures outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • Defective or damaged products being reshipped first at our cost, before any refund is processed.
  • Free shipping on all orders above $50 USD (for smaller orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout).
  • All tariffs, taxes and import duties being included in the advertised price, no hidden costs at checkout.

Both the Shipping Policy and the Refund Policy can be reviewed anytime on our website.


7. User Content and Feedback

We love hearing from you!

  • When you share ideas, testimonials, photos, videos, or suggestions with us (whether directly or by tagging or mentioning Scenario Cards on social media) you grant us permission to use that content in our marketing materials, online or offline.
