The timing of this course worked out really well, as I was undergoing a lot of stress related issues. I really enjoyed learning the little bite-size pieces of information. The micro-practices have lowered my barrier to implementing a practice of meditation and mindfulness in my day. Now I'm in the second week of the 28 day habit tracker and I'm actually surprised with myself that I have been keeping them up.
