I use with my 11 yo girl and we can literally share a lot of feelings, perspectives and insights. It helps open up the topics so that we can ask follow up questions even for a little girl. I also use it for my own introspection which is absolutely handy and effective. Great design!

I use these with my clients who need a jump start with opening up. The different topics of the cards are perfect for the various items I cover with my clients. It’s amazing how even one card can get an individual to open up and share their thoughts. Also, as a therapist, listening to what it is they are not saying or how they say certain things when answering the questions on the cards can be very insightful.
